TOP AGENTS. The TOP AGENTS close 100, 200, 300 homes per year and more. They sell $10 million, $20 million, $30 million per year and more. They earn $300,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 per year and more. Listen each month to these TOP AGENTS and apply their ideas to your business.
RISING AGENTS. The RISING AGENTS are performing above average in their markets. The RISING AGENTS are closing 25 to 100 transactions per year and are moving up to top agent status. Sometimes the performance levels of the TOP AGENTS seem daunting for new and aspiring agents. Listening to agents just a few levels up, may provide a more achievable intermediate goal. Who conducts the interviews?
Mike Cerrone has the privilege and honor of conducting the interviews each month. Mike has been a real estate agent since 1993. Some agents shoot to immediate success and accomplishment. Mike was NOT one of them. He struggled in the early years. Eventually he listened to interviews with top agents. The ideas he heard inspired him. Mike duplicated many of those same ideas into his business. After a while, he started to experience success. In his best year, he closed 113 transactions and was listed in the Top 300 Residential Salespeople by the National Association of Realtors® magazine (#263). After many years of success, Mike realized it was time to pay things forward. Mike decided he should find top agents, interview them, and distribute that knowledge to new and aspiring agents. He started Master Mind Agent to get the word out. Then he started Top Agent Interviews for agents on a budget. Now you can listen to top agents from across North America as they reveal their success secrets, strategies and systems in the Interview of the Month CLUB.
Why should I listen?

How do I access the interviews?
You will have access to each monthly interview on this website 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, for as long as you are a member of the CLUB. You can listen online or download the audio recording as a mp3 file. Then you can listen on your iPod or burn the file to a CD and listen in your car. Use your imagination. Your only restriction is this: you can not use the audio recordings for commercial use (copy, duplicate, distribute, sale, or broadcast) without the explicit written permission of Master Mind Agent or Top Agent Interviews. The interview audio recordings are sold to you for your personal use only.
How do I see a list of the interviews?
From any page, click the Interview button on the top menu bar. Or click the links in the Quick Navigation box on the right sidebar.
How much does it cost?
How do I join?
Go to the “Join 5,000+ agents!” box in the sidebar. Just enter your name and email. Then you’ll get email notification every time a new interview is released. It takes about 60 seconds.
Can I nominate someone to be interviewed?
Yes. Click the “Nominate” button in the top menu and follow the directions. Or email us (see “Contact Us” page) your nominee’s name, contact information (phone, email, etc.), and why you think they would be a great interviewee.

What is the minimum criteria to be interviewed?
Here is the minimum criteria to be interviewed as a TOP AGENT:
- Closed 100 homes or more last year, or
- Sold $10 million or more in sales last year, or
- Earned $300,000 or more in gross commission income last year.
Here is the minimum criteria to be interviewed as a RISING AGENT:
- Closed 25 homes or more last year, or
- Sold $5 million or more in sales last year, or
- Earned $100,000 or more in gross commission income last year.
